Projects - Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara
The Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara is dedicated to building a vibrant and inclusive local Jewish community, to enhancing the wellbeing of Jews in Santa Barbara, Israel and throughout the world, and to strengthening the relationship between the Jewish community and the community at large.
Located north of Los Angeles in the beautiful beach town of Santa Barbara, the Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara is a relatively small Jewish community of about 10,000. The Jewish Federation of Greater Santa Barbara’s building is also home to the Bronfman Family Jewish Community Center, Jewish Family Service, Portraits of Survival-a permanent Holocaust Exhibit and Camp Haverim. They are dedicated to strengthening the quality of life for individuals and families throughout their life. They offer a variety of senior, cultural, educational and wellness programs (now on Zoom) and professional counseling and support services. These services are offered at no charge to participants and without regard to religion, race, ethnicity or disability.
